At Ghirelli, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion item doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the original invoice is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
